About Me

Noah Blais in Air Force service dress uniform

I'm a U.S. Air Force avionics professional with 7 years of experience maintaining and repairing C-130J aircraft systems at Little Rock AFB. Today I manage 13 maintenance personnel and $17M in equipment inventory as a Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK) Manager. I designed a quality-performance tracking system that drove a 12% improvement in pass rates within six months, and I earned the Air Force Achievement Medal for my service during Operation Epic Fury. I'm now learning HTML, CSS, Java, and Python as I build toward a career in Cybersecurity.

The Happy Pack

I invented the Happy Pack, a massaging backpack, when I was in 3rd grade. With help from my older brother, I researched how carrying heavy books and schoolwork affects young children. Our solution was to cut openings in the back panel of a backpack and fit it with portable massagers. After building the first prototype, I entered it in the Fidelity Investments Innovation Competition, where I won 1st place and received a grant to pursue a patent.
